📖 Description

• Fixed VB053 false positives for valid unqualified Excel/TypeLib enum
  constants such as xlCenter, xlThin, and xlContinuous when metadata
  contains the same name under multiple enum definitions.
• Fixed VBA225 false positives when a local, parameter, or module-level VBA
  binding such as cells shadows Excel's unqualified Cells function. The
  Procedure IR now gates the textual fallback, including propagated helper
  summaries, while explicitly typed Range and Worksheet bindings remain
  eligible.
