docs(changelog): roll up post-release fixes and trim v0.1.0 section

Summary

• Folds the seven fixes merged after the v0.1.0 release notes into the existing v0.1.0 changelog section: fix(inspect): suppress banner and spinner in JSON mode #745, perf(inspect): skip redundant Auto* calls for text-only models #746 (inspect), fix: update npu pdh, perf UI #747, fix model precision for qdq #753 (perf), Fix pyarrow version which causes winml eval crash #750 (eval), Fix analyze e2e test. #744/Fix analyze e2e test. (#744) #752, fix(test): skip test_compile_enabled on non-QNN hosts #754 (analyze/compile e2e).
• Trims the v0.1.0 section to focus on user-visible changes:
  • Removed telemetry mentions (ci: disable telemetry in shipped artifacts #728 preview bullet and fix(telemetry): emit deviceid in CS 4.0 r:<uuid> form so OneCollector accepts events #693 fix line).
  • Removed pure-internal CI/test items (CI display name rename, ADO pipeline UI plumbing, mock fixes, branch back-merge).
