- Report runtime classes that don't declare a default interface
- Return 1 rather than 0 when reporting an error
- Promote layer inclusion when struct contains struct member from a different namespace
- Don't emit WINRT_Xxxx functions in module.g.cpp when -lib option is used
- Build include filter exhaustively to ensure component types are properly filtered
- More test code
