This PR bumps the version of SDK to 1.6.0 in readiness for 1.6.0 release.

Release notes:

Adds interactive authentication as the default authentication mode Interactive Authentication #618. Customers can fallback to device code using Connect-MgGraph -UseDeviceAuthentication.
Adds Microsoft.Graph.WindowsUpdates module Add WindowsUpdates module #671.
Adds new commands with simplified parameter sets to Identity.Governance module identity governance: add parameters for Get-MgEntitlementManagement* #632, identity governance: additional cmdlets for filtering entitlement mgmt policy and access packages #631, IG: add parameter sets to construct assignment requests #627.
Fixes dependency conflict with MSOnline module Resolve dependency conflict with MSOnline module #642.
Fixes device code authentication in PowerShell ISE Enable Support for PowerShell ISE by handling output via Cmdlet methods. #668.
Cleans up broken/invalid commands in Identity.Governance, Identity.SignIns, Users, and Users.Actions modules Remove Invalid Commands #670 Identity governance: suppress invoke of my() for accesspackageassignmentresourcerole #666.
Refreshes modules with latest APIs Weekly OpenApiDocs Download #667.


          Bump SDK version.
