Firmware v0.1

Patched OpenCat firmware, built from the pinned firmware/ submodule by
tools/build_firmware.sh. Realtime mode (XR/Xr) is off at boot, so a
flashed robot behaves exactly like stock until something asks for it.

This image is compile-time specific to the robot, board and revision above.
Anything else needs its own build -- see docs/firmware.md Option B.

esptool.py --chip esp32 --port /dev/ttyUSB0 write_flash 0x0 bittle-rl-v0.1-biboard_v1_0-revde-fw260820.bin

Verify the md5 first, and do not run esptool erase_flash -- it wipes the
nvs partition holding your robot's factory servo calibration. A normal flash
preserves it.
