One list for every drop.
- A folder holding a BitGraph is the same list as any other drop: each file a recording covers carries what the check said, the rest are new, and Record records the new ones alone. Nothing records on landing when a recording is in the drop.
- Recordings are read wherever they sit in the dropped folder, and a copy of a recorded file anywhere in it verifies by content.
- A file made with the slot commitment inside its own bytes (the MCP task shape) verifies, with the verifier's limit stated.
- A changed file in its own recording folder says the recording is about different bytes. Never a failure: bytes alone cannot tell altered from never recorded.
