Make key ordering consistent with config file

• Adds an ordered_map container that has the same interface as std::map and std::unordered_map, but maintains the keys in insertion order
• Integrates ordered_map into flexi_cfg so that keys are maintained in the same order as they are specified in the config file
• Enables debug location information by default when printing out a config definition
