ContextDB Memory 0.5.0-alpha.1

Windows x86-64 Developer Preview of the local-first ContextDB Memory plugin.

This prerelease contains the self-contained Codex plugin ZIP, its checksum and
release manifest, plus the local stdio MCPB, checksum, and Official MCP Registry
descriptor. The bundled ContextDB runtime is listener-free and bound to the
repository runtime lock and included supply-chain evidence.

This prerelease is unsigned. Verify the published SHA-256 sidecars before use.
