ContextDB Memory 0.6.0-alpha.3

Windows and Linux x86-64 Developer Preview of the local-first ContextDB Memory plugin.

This prerelease contains self-contained Codex plugin ZIPs, checksums and
release manifests for both platforms, plus local stdio MCPBs. The Official MCP
Registry descriptor currently names the Windows package; the Linux MCPB is an
independently verified release asset. Each bundled ContextDB runtime is listener-free and bound to the
repository runtime lock and included supply-chain evidence.

Node.js 18+ x64 is required by the Codex marketplace dispatcher on both platforms.
Linux additionally requires Python 3.10+ and targets the Ubuntu 22.04 / glibc 2.35 baseline.

This prerelease is unsigned. Verify the published SHA-256 sidecars before use.
