What's Changed

New Features

  • bctl pipe — Read commands from stdin, one per line. Consecutive DOM operations are automatically batched into a single browser call for ~90% less overhead.
  • bctl batch — Execute multiple commands as arguments in one CLI invocation with smart batching.

Performance

  • Extension-side batch execution — Consecutive content-script operations (click, type, scroll, wait…) are merged into a single chrome.scripting.executeScript call, eliminating per-command overhead (~240ms each).
  • Server-side smart grouping — The /batch endpoint automatically groups consecutive DOM operations and sends them as one WebSocket message.

Refactoring

  • CLI command parsing extracted into reusable resolve_alias() and args_to_action_params() functions
  • Server relay logic consolidated into shared _relay_to_extension() helper
