Changes

  • Bundle Chrome extension inside the Python package so that bctl setup works with pip install (not just dev installs)
  • Move extension/ into browser_ctl/extension/ as package data
  • Update extension source lookup to check inside the package first
  • Sync extension manifest version to 0.2.2
