Changed config to fix input issue with window scaling, make resolution swapping easier and to avoid the cursor desync issue.
Installation
To get started click on HobbitInstaller.exe to download it, then run it. (Do not download the source code!). It may take a moment for the installer to launch.
Now just click "Install" and HobbitInstaller will do the rest.
Optionally you can check "Show Options" in HobbitInstaller to choose where everything installs and if you want shortcuts. Do not use this unless you have a good reason to.
