This is a major HobbitSpeedrunTools release with major new features, usability improvements, bug fixes and a new all quests save collection.

Features

Introducing the new Apply Cheats to Save system, allowing you to apply your preferred cheats to a save so they'll automatically enable the next time you select that save. Thanks to Shockster for contributing this feature.
Added a new Reload on Lost Warp cheat. As the name implies when you enable this cheat and you lose your clipwarp, you'll get reset back to your last save. Great for practicing more complicated clipwarps. Thanks to Shockster for helping with this feature.
Added tool tips when hovering your cursor over cheat toggles, this will show you a description of that cheat and the hotkey it's currently bound to.

Improvements

Bilbo's position and clipwarp info now shows XYZ labels for improved readability.
Startup errors now give clearer information on what went wrong and suggestions on how to fix it.
Revamped the instant clipwarp shortcut (Ctrl + G). It now correctly causes a clipwarp and should work a lot more predictably.
Minor miscellaneous UI interaction fixes.
