Timeline and fade UX polish.

  • Fades: visible in the preview (opacity ramp) and in exports (alpha), with a properties-panel control and a ramp indicator on the clip; selected clips show the ramp in solid accent
  • Preview reacts to timeline edits while paused (exact seek)
  • Fixed broken timeline thumbnails (binary-safe frame extraction)
  • Tracks are added via icon buttons in the transport bar instead of dynamically on drag; empty tracks can be deleted
  • Timeline ruler and scrubber head stay pinned while only the tracks scroll vertically
  • Selecting a clip only highlights its border (no more resize); themed slider knobs
