ThermalForge v0.1.1

This release includes daemon security hardening, a new custom IF/THEN fan rule in the app, and a much shorter README.

Highlights

  • Hardened privileged daemon channel
    • Socket moved to /var/run/thermalforge.sock
    • Socket permissions reduced to 0600
    • Peer UID authorization: root + active console user only
  • Added custom app rule in settings
    • IF temp >= trigger, THEN set fixed fan %
    • ELSE when temp <= release, return to Apple auto
  • Improved install/update behavior
    • Installer now always attempts launchctl bootout first to avoid label collisions on daemon updates
  • Compacted README for faster onboarding
  • Version synchronized to 0.1.1 across CLI, setup bundle metadata, and thermal log metadata
