Dustforce Map Index

Generates a JSON file containing all maps and their associated ID using http://atlas.dustforce.com and http://dustkid.com/levels.php Feel Free to use just the JSON file if needed.

Note: http://dustkid.com/levels.php might not be importing new maps correctly. Some data for those maps may be missing
