What changed

• oracle-check.sql now reports analyze_any_check
  from session_privs: WARN when ANALYZE ANY is absent (every capture
  then reports ORA-20000 and examines every table at stop), otherwise PASS.
  The check is a read-only SELECT.
• preflight now warns (non-fatal) when codebase/WEB-INF/log4jMethodServer.properties
  defines a top-level Log4j filter, because SQL evidence is then UNAVAILABLE.
  Commented-out entries and appender filters are ignored.
• DATABASE-SETUP.md makes the ANALYZE ANY grant an
  explicit pre-install decision and shows how to verify it in a new session.
  COMPATIBILITY.md and
  OPERATIONS.md document both prerequisites.
• AGENTS.md makes every WARN from preflight or
  oracle-check.sql a mandatory stop that requires the owner's explicit
  decision. After the first authorized capture, agents must confirm that
  neither warning appears before reporting success.

The runtime Java sources, custom JAR, ClassInfo files and generated-model
baseline are unchanged from 0.1.0. The original build timestamp is preserved.
This tooling/documentation patch does not require a runtime redeployment or
restart. Existing installations should run the updated preflight and
oracle-check.sql and resolve any WARN with the owner.

Download both assets below:

• WindchillDbNinja-0.1.2-linux-x64.zip - the complete tracked source/install
  package, including custom compiled resources, DDL, tools and English docs.
• SHA256SUMS - the ZIP's SHA-256 checksum.

Run sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS before extraction. Follow
INSTALL.md and AGENTS.md.
Do not download just the JAR; the source, metadata and deployment resources
are part of the verified package contract.

The binary profile is unchanged from 0.1.1: Linux x64, Windchill Services
13.0.2.11 build32 (13.0.2.0 CPS11), Corretto 17.0.12, Oracle 19c, traditional
codebase. Different profiles require target generation and separate
qualification. Windows is unsupported as shipped.

Verification and limits

• 300 of 301 Node tests passed (0 skipped, 0 TODO). The one failure,
  fresh prebuilt installation plans every runtime resource from the checkout without live writes or old artifacts, is environmental: the prebuilt
  profile requires Java 17 and the publishing host runs JDK 21
  (Prebuilt Java major version mismatch). It also failed before this change.
• check:publication --require-prebuilt passed: 160 reviewed files, with the
  Git index matching the reviewed working tree.
• The ZIP was built with git archive from tag v0.1.2. It has a single
  WindchillDbNinja-0.1.2/ root, its 160 files match the tag exactly, and
  schema-package.mjs verify passed on the extracted copy.
• The Java assertion suite and validate.mjs all --prebuilt were not rerun
  for this release; the runtime artifacts are unchanged from 0.1.0.
• Not yet covered: a regression test for the new preflight Log4j warning,
  and classification of multi-line ORA messages in capture health.

No Oracle grants, DDL, live deployment, restart or capture was performed for
this publication. DBA approval and runtime acceptance remain separate
requirements. A repository link never supplies credentials or authorization.

• Added the missing custom Oracle schema: 4 tables, 4 primary keys and 14
  secondary indexes, with individual CREATE scripts, a guarded combined
  first-install script and model/profile checksums.
• Added explicit AI-assisted database setup:
  privilege/quota inventory, DBA approval of specific grants, authorized
  execution, reconnection as Windchill, FLASHBACK/SNAPSHOT/monitoring checks,
  table creation and post-DDL verification.
• Added missing-resource, reserved-object, profile-drift, deterministic-SQL,
  package-version and actual Git-index completeness checks.
• Verified that a fresh-install plan stages every required runtime resource
  from the checkout, without an old installed DB Ninja JAR or metadata.

The runtime Java sources, custom JAR, seven ClassInfo files and generated-model
baseline are unchanged from 0.1.0. The original build timestamp is preserved.
Existing installations do not run the CREATE script; this packaging-only
patch does not require a runtime redeployment or restart.

(13.0.2.0 CPS11), Corretto 17.0.12, Oracle 19c, traditional codebase.
The bundled schema
additionally requires unchanged models, wt.db.maxBytesPerChar=3, explicit
VARCHAR2 BYTE semantics, an approved schema-default data tablespace and INDX
for indexes with sufficient capacity/quota. Different profiles require target
generation and separate qualification. Windows is unsupported as shipped.

Verification and limits

• 301/301 Node tests passed, with no failures, skips or TODOs.
• 24,036 Java assertions, source/candidate contract variants, five JSPs and
  JS/XML checks passed; validate.mjs all --prebuilt exited successfully.
• All eight DDL inputs matched their retained custom PTC-generated originals
  after only the two documented normalizations.
• The non-mutating fresh-install fixture covered 28 runtime files; the
  existing-target plan covered 30. The fresh-target SDK/version probe is
  simulated, not evidence of a real clean Windchill installation.
• 88 protected live/SafeArea/configuration paths and 9 SDK prerequisites
  were unchanged after validation.

No Oracle grants, combined CREATE execution, live deployment, restart or new
capture was performed for this publication. DBA approval, actual Oracle
schema/undo/privilege checks and runtime acceptance remain separate requirements.
The public grant template is deliberately non-executing; an AI may apply
specific grants/DDL only with explicit approval and an authorized secure
connection. A repository link never supplies credentials or authorization.
