Fixes and improvements

  • iOS: introduce destroy() API to the MCSubscriber and MCPublisher to invalidate the resources allocated and allow AsyncStreams to exit. Please use
    this API to clean the MCSubscriber and MCPublisher instances when they are not needed. Otherwise, all async streams returned by those and other objects will not finish and you could end up leaking Tasks.
