Introduce a combined apple xcframework for macOS, iOS & tvOS

This release combines all apple platforms (macOS, iOS & tvOS) in one universal multiplatform xcframework, compared to before where iOS and tvOS platforms were shipped in an xcframework separate from the macOS platform.

It is expected in the next releases that the macOS Framework millicast-native-sdk-${version}-macos-Framework.zip will be removed and that SDK users should rely on the multiplatform xcframework instead.

The Millicast SDK for Apple can be fetched via:

• SPM (https://github.com/millicast/millicast-sdk-swift-package)
• CocoaPods:

pod 'MillicastSDK', '~> 2.5.0'

Fixes and improvements

• Fix the 16 KB page alignment required by Android Playstore for native binaries.
