Changes

• Opaque / non-JWT Devin session tokens now use a 365-day local fallback expiry (aligned with piwin) instead of 24 hours.
• JWT sessions still honor exp with a 60s early skew.
• README documents the new policy; oauth unit test covers the constant.

v0.2.8: Prefer code_search for unknown locations

Changes

• Strengthen the caller-facing code_search tool description so models prefer it for unknown-file / semantic / cross-file exploration, while keeping direct reads for known paths.
• Exclude .pi trees from local code search.
• Introduce a small SearchSession seam so web/completion no longer depend on DSH session types directly.
• Add offline schema regression for the new description and extra local fence tests.
• Include experimental packages/pi-devin-search sources in the repo (not part of the DSH npm tarball).
