Fixes

• First message no longer disappears after session start. A bug caused the first thing you typed to be silently dropped when a session was "realized" (transitioned from a pending to an active state). Your opening message is now correctly preserved and sent.
• Dropdown menus and the user menu no longer clip or misalign. The user menu and other dropdown surfaces were being cut off or rendered out of position in certain layouts. Alignment and overflow handling have been corrected so menus appear where expected.
