Highlights

Long-running chat operations no longer block the UI. Cards that previously hung indefinitely are now suspended and resumed in the background via a ticket-based system — so the app stays responsive while review and other heavy work continues.

Fixes

Post failures for suspended cards are now surfaced as visible errors instead of silently disappearing. Review tickets are also correctly associated with the task that spawned them, keeping follow-up items properly linked to their context.
