Highlights

• Two new atmosphere themes — Rosé Pine and Tokyo Night. All non-default themes now share a unified corner radius and surface hierarchy, and the native window background stays in sync with the theme you pick.
• Redesigned first-run onboarding. The setup flow now walks you through creating your project Brain: pick a model, then let MindMux read your repository and draft the first background, architecture, flows, stack, and roadmap pages for you.

Fixes

• Brain health repair now normalizes malformed section markers in brain pages and preserves page metadata (title, tags, status) instead of dropping it during repair.

Improvements

• Chat, Brain, Task, and Settings surfaces refined to match the design draft, including the in-chat task proposal cards.
• Empty chat screen polish: fixed the agent line baseline and removed double padding in the composer, so the greeting and input now share a clean left edge.
