Fixes

• Fixed an issue where resuming a Codex session using DeepSeek could lose the model's prior reasoning context, causing follow-up responses to lose track of earlier reasoning steps.
• Fixed image generation history in Codex sessions so it's properly sanitized, preventing corrupted or invalid entries from appearing when reviewing past image generation actions.
