Highlights

• New theme: Tahoe - a native macOS Tahoe look, available alongside existing themes.
• Goal mode: post-run delivery panel - after a Goal mode run finishes, choose to merge the result back, check it out, or keep it as-is, right from the panel.

Fixes

• Fixed chat cards occasionally updating prematurely mid-exchange instead of waiting for the next turn to actually start.
• Fixed task/pending cards sometimes being delivered more than once after a reconnect or retry.
• Fixed a rare startup error caused by socket path collisions between concurrent sessions.
• Fixed the composer's focus ring and outside-click/focus handling so it behaves consistently.
• Cleaned up workspace icons, removed redundant folder icons, and renamed the Task nav label to singular for consistency.
