Maintenance release aligned with Raygun4Node 2.2.9 and focused on dependency hygiene and npm supply-chain safeguards.

Changes

• Raised the Raygun4Node runtime dependency baseline to 2.2.9.
• Updated vulnerable development dependencies, including fast-uri 3.1.7.
• Hardened npm CI with disabled dependency lifecycle scripts, runtime audits, registry signature verification, and known-malicious-version blocking.
• Added clean installation, audit, and handler smoke checks for the example application.
• Refreshed the example lockfile and development tooling.
• Grouped routine patch and minor Dependabot updates on a monthly schedule with a seven-day cooldown. Major and security updates remain separate.

There are no public API or Lambda wrapper behavior changes in this release.
