Release 6.4.4.beta1

Shopclass 6.4.4.beta1

This beta helps sites where PHP cannot write the site's files: the updater now stops before it
changes anything and says which folders are blocked, and php oc-cli.php core:update updates from
the shell as the file owner. It also runs on PHP 8.5 without deprecation notices.
