GUI editor for language files

Currently, language files are convenient to work with as a developer, but editing text files isn't the most user friendly. Hence, a graphical editor that can be arbitrarily switched to would be nice.

Features:

• Simple key-value list, keys not editable in non-default localisations
• Default value shown as placeholder
• Missing translations are marked red and can be configured to be shown first
• Basic filtering
• Maybe: Tree-style grouping based on comments/keys (create a hierarchy based on dots)
• Maybe: Load multiple translations side by side for parallel editing/cross referencing

Would someone who is not a developer even install IntelliJ IDEA?

That's a valid question indeed. I don't really know any translators so I can't tell whether they use an IDE for their work, but I still think the GUI editor would be nice to have regardless, albeit with a fairly low priority.
