• Fixed post-type scoping for featured image enforcement.
• Unchecked Pages and Tutor LMS Courses are no longer retained as guarded post types.
• Posts remain guarded by default.
• Settings changes now correctly control which post types are enforced.

Verified

• Post without featured image → blocked when Posts is enabled.
• Page without featured image → publishes when Pages is disabled.
• Tutor LMS Course without featured image → publishes when Courses is disabled.
• Posts publish normally when Posts is disabled.
