The v7.1.1 docker image minio/operator-sidecar wasn't published.

Expected Behavior

The image should exist.

Current Behavior

The image is missing both in dockerhub and quay.io. v7.1.0 exists.

Possible Solution

Publish v7.1.1 of minio/operator-sidecar to match v7.1.1 minio/operator which was published.

Your Environment

• Version used (minio-operator): v7.1.1
• Environment name and version (e.g. kubernetes v1.17.2): Kubernetes 1.30

There haven't been any functional changes to the sidecar, so the sidecar image for v7.0.1 is still fine.

It's still confusing as minio/operator:v7.1.1 does exist

It makes no sense to have a v7.1.1 sidecar if it hasn't changed.
