Summary

  • add tracked frontend scope taxonomy guidance for the Ralph-verified classifier/defer rules
  • document the three-layer model: core execution lanes, frontend boundary gates, and separate defer/evidence/infrastructure lanes
  • link deferred follow-up tracking in Track deferred frontend scope-taxonomy lanes after Ralph verification #131 so unresolved lanes do not get mixed into this docs/process PR

Scope classifier

Selected lane: docs/process for tracked guidance only.

Layer 2 gates stay classification-only. Layer 3 lanes stay deferred unless explicitly selected in a future task. BE/API sync remains out of the current repo-side path.

Verification

  • npm run lint
  • npm test (209 pass, 0 fail, 0 todo)

Deferred

Tracked in #131:

  • concrete future feature / design/UI / refactor / migration / test lane selection
  • hooks/enforcement
  • benchmark/evidence
  • analytics/telemetry/logging
  • performance/bundle
  • build/tooling/dependencies
  • BE/API sync outside the current repo-side path

Ralph verified the taxonomy locally under ignored OMX artifacts, but those artifacts cannot be reviewed through a PR. This tracked docs/process lane captures the same one-core-lane classifier, boundary gates, defer lanes, reuse scan, and abstraction threshold for review and validation.\n\nConstraint: .omx artifacts are ignored and remain local planning evidence\nConstraint: BE/API sync remains explicitly deferred out of the repo-side path\nRejected: Add hooks/enforcement now | separate governance lane and too broad for this PR\nRejected: Add benchmark evidence now | separate measurement lane and not required for docs/process validation\nConfidence: high\nScope-risk: narrow\nDirective: Do not use this document as permission to mix multiple execution lanes; select one core lane first\nTested: npm run lint; npm test (209 pass, 0 fail)\nNot-tested: GitHub Actions runtime before PR creation\nRelated: #131
