Prepares the repo for a 1.0.0 release with docs, templates, and a broad internal refactor of constants/utils and imports.

• Bumps @mintlify/components to 1.0.0; adds clean and prepublishOnly scripts and rimraf
• Adds CHANGELOG, CONTRIBUTING, DEVELOPMENT, expanded README, and GitHub issue/PR templates
• Refactors internal structure: replaces @/common and @/models with new @/constants, @/utils/icon-utils, @/utils/is-absolute-url, and @/utils/slugify; introduces constants/brands
• Updates Shiki code-highlighting utils paths and constants; adjusts imports across most components accordingly
• Tweaks Biome config (allows barrel files)
