Summary

Updated the documented video upload size limit from 100 MB to 20 MB to match the actual platform constraint.

• editor/media.mdx: Changed video max size from 100 MB to 20 MB
• create/files.mdx: Updated file size limits to reflect the 20 MB cap for videos and other file types

Triggered by mintlify/mint@4d8e064, which corrected the video upload limit in the dashboard to 20 MB due to commit API body size constraints.
