• Updated file size limit text in es/create/files.mdx, fr/create/files.mdx, and zh/create/files.mdx to match the simplified 'less than 20 MB' wording
• Updated video max size from 100 MB to 20 MB in es/editor/media.mdx, fr/editor/media.mdx, and zh/editor/media.mdx

Overview
Updates the Spanish, French, and Chinese docs to reflect a single 20 MB file size limit for served static files (removing the previous 100 MB exception wording).

Also aligns the editor media docs in those locales to state video uploads are capped at 20 MB (down from 100 MB in the text).
