Document Slack agent cross-repo access

Summary

The Slack agent can now read source code from any repository where the Mintlify GitHub App is installed, not just the deployment repository or pre-configured workflow context repos. Users can reference other repos in a Slack message and the agent will clone them on demand (read-only) to ground documentation updates in code that lives elsewhere.

Changes

• agent/slack.mdx: Added a new "Reference other repositories" section explaining when to use it, example prompts, and what to do if the GitHub App isn't installed on the referenced owner.
• agent/index.mdx: Added a bullet to "What you can do with the agent" highlighting cross-repo source code access.
