ctrl+c freeze the window during long output with -e /bin/bash

Please describe precisely how you open mintty and run WSL.
Also, what does "long ouput" mean?
If I start mintty --WSL with default distribution Debian, I do not reproduce the issue.
Apart from that, ^C is just a character for the terminal and does not cause any specific handling on the terminal level.

long output means a lot of "longer than terminal width"(but not required) lines for some seconds that we have chance to press ^C like: find /| head -n10000 > 10000lines.txt; reproduce with cat 10000lines.txt (cat 1000 lines is too short for me)
can't (easily) reproduce with seq 1 10000, or even seq 1 100000 (followed by a ^C)
reproduce with cat /dev/urandom | xxd (followed by a ^C)

the shortcut is: C:\app\cygwin\bin\mintty.exe --configdir="%APPDATA%\wsltty" --WSL= -~ -e env NOTMUX=1 /bin/zsh

config (name config, not config.txt)

can't reproduce with C:\app\cygwin\bin\mintty.exe --configdir="%APPDATA%\wsltty" --WSL=Debian -~, i should have posted the shortcut cmd line initially

So which WSL distribution and version do you reproduce it with? And do you reproduce it with /bin/bash?

after your note about debian i change to test on debian i just download, clean, newly installed, and yes with /bin/bash
