Superseded for pinned installation: RC.3 is retained as immutable historical evidence, but its pinned registry path can fail to resolve internal registry dependencies in a fresh consumer. Use RC.4 instead: https://github.com/minwookshin/teum/releases/tag/v0.1.0-rc.4

Teum 0.1.0-rc.3 is the first release candidate under the Teum name.
