Teum 0.1.0-rc.4 fixes the pinned registry consumer contract found during external RC.3 installation verification.

Highlights:

  • Pinned internal dependencies resolve through one exact @teum-pinned release scope.
  • Button declares @base-ui/react explicitly.
  • A fresh shadcn 4.18 consumer installs Button, base CSS, and the optional Tailwind CSS v4 bridge from the live HTTPS registry.
  • React 18.3.1 and 19.2.8, strict TypeScript, plain CSS, and optional Tailwind CSS v4 are release-gated.
  • 45 components, 210 public exports, 145 semantic tokens, the full browser matrix, and clean-room reproduction are verified.
