Cursor plugin door

The repo is now a native Cursor plugin: a .cursor-plugin/plugin.json manifest plus a .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json index, with the six skills and a .mdc rule that loads antislop into every session.

Install from the Plugins panel after running /add-plugin https://github.com/miqdadbadjuber/anti-slop.

Codex app identity

The Codex plugin now carries its app identity in the Codex UI: a plugin icon (the repository profile picture), a black brand color, and a banner screenshot.

README, GUIDE, and ROADMAP updated for both.
