• Added production-ready Celery integration to power background tasks.
• Graceful Redis-based broker setup with autoscaling on Azure Container Apps.
• New task_registry app to track and revoke scheduled tasks programmatically.

🔔 Web Push Notifications

• Brand-new notifications app with:

  • Encrypted storage of browser push subscriptions.
  • Celery-powered real-time push alerts when timers complete.
  • Resilient delivery with cleanup of expired endpoints.

⏱️ Timer Signal Automation

• Timers now emit post_save signals to:

  • Schedule email + push alerts upon activation.
  • Revoke tasks when paused/reset/completed.

• pytest integrated with enforced coverage reporting (fail_under = 69%).
