v2.3.0-alpha1

Android

• ARMSX2 nightly builds (com.armsx2.nightly) are now detected. (#262)
• On first start, the Smart Cache prompt and the usage stats dialog no longer appear at the same time. (#263)

Windows (experimental)

• New: RAOfflineProxy for Windows, a portable build (unzip and run, nothing is installed). Works with RetroArch, Dolphin and PCSX2; PPSSPP is detected but untested. It has the same features as the Android app: Smart Cache, watched folders, pending awards, awards history, tray icon, in-app updates and Start with Windows. Contributed by @JoeysRetroHandhelds. (#244)
⚠️ This is experimental and has had little testing. Feedback is very welcome!
• PCSX2 support on Windows: host patching, detection and Smart Cache. (#253)
• After a crash or power cut, your emulator configs are put back instead of pointing at a proxy that isn't running. (#249)
• Setup: see the Windows guide.

All platforms

• Multi-disc games: offline achievement sets are now served for every disc, not only the disc that was cached online. (fd81d92)
• Fixed hashing of DVD CHD images larger than 4 GiB (for example Suikoden III). (c356a0e)

Linux

• KNULLI and Batocera-based systems: the RetroAchievements login is read from knulli.conf/batocera.conf before RetroArch's config exists. (#252)
• Faster, lighter single-ROM zip extraction, contributed by @Sundownersport. (#243)

Thanks

• @JoeysRetroHandhelds: Windows support (#244, #249, #253)
• @Sundownersport: zip extraction (#243)
