chore(release): v1.1.5

Propagates the hacs.json filename fix (basename instead of dist/-path)
into a release so users' HACS clients stop hitting
"have defined an invalid file name dist/sunset-predictor-card.js"
when they evaluate the repo. Without a new tag, HACS keeps reading
the older hacs.json from v1.1.4 and rejecting the plugin.
