Release adapter 0.4.1 with bounded Wasm SHA-256 compression and codec 0.1.1. Indexed PCM verification fell from 11.568 to 2.193 seconds on the same eight-stem corpus, with identical digests. Most of that gain comes from Wasm; SIMD adds a separately measured 1.54% improvement over scalar Wasm.

The synchronous streaming API, integrity checks, storage pipeline and 8 MiB worker reservation are preserved. The hash backend uses one fixed 64 KiB memory per realm and retains the JavaScript capability fallback.

Validation: fresh Astra review; 329 tests; reproducible Wasm; packed ordinary/indexed browser consumers; actual Chromium/WebKit OPFS qualification on macOS; independent Sol before/after measurements. Evidence is retained in .github/RELEASE_EVIDENCE/082/.

Closes #82.
