ux: add compact event log drawer

Add a tiny collapsible event log so ambient events, goal completions, rewards, builds, and worker-cap changes are not lost immediately.

This should preserve the desktop companion feel: collapsed by default, compact when opened.

Suggested collapsed state:

• Last: Garden completed

Suggested expanded contents:

• recent ambient events
• goal completed
• reward applied
• worker recruited
• food low warning

Do not create a full journal, quest log, or history system.

Acceptance Criteria

• Recent events are stored in a small bounded list.
• UI can show latest event while collapsed.
• Expanded drawer shows a short recent history.
• Goal completion from design: add compact rotating colony goals #131/design: add goal rewards that reinforce existing loop #134 can write to the log.
• Worker cap/upkeep events from design: increase worker cap through food and housing tradeoffs #133 can write to the log later.
• Add tests for bounded log behavior if implemented as pure logic.
