LaughCounter now mounts the Claudinite corpus (Method B tarball sync — the tracked marker is now at .claudinite/mount/sync-claudinite.sh).
Per bootstrap.md Part 4, the central fleet-maintenance routine (routines/auto-all-repos-maintenance.md) only maintains repos on its per-repo access list, which the owner keeps in the routine's UI. Mounting the corpus doesn't enroll the repo on its own.
Ask: please add missingbulb/laughcounter to the fleet-maintenance access list so the nightly growth lifecycle (extract → promote → dedup) and repo tidy-up run against it.
Closing automatically: the nightly fleet baselining sweep reached and maintained this repo, which proves it is on the access list — enrollment is fulfilled.
