The legacy fetch-at-session-start mount becomes the tracked vendored mount: the declared vendor set lands at .claudinite/shared/ with its provenance stamp, the hooks rewire to the engine's *-command entry points, the corpus-index CLAUDE.md import and self-check retire, the gitignore's Claudinite block shrinks to the two hook-log lines, and the tracked sync hook is deleted. Delivery renames to auto-merge.
