Transactional refresh (vendoring/DESIGN.md): no pending migration notes apply
(none dated on/after this repo's prior stamp, 2026-07-21), so this is the
converge + stamp advance. Converges .claudinite/shared/ to the canon head
snapshot for this repo's declared packs (basics+barriers, grow_with_claudinite,
tidy-repo, github-actions) - 52 vendored files added/updated, chiefly the new
per-project-scheduling engine (engine/scheduler/**, the scheduled-tasks
conformance checks in basics, the growth pack's task conversions) plus the
check-runner scope split (check_the_work/check_the_world, helpers/work.mjs,
report-findings.mjs, run-active-pack-rules.mjs) and small fixes
(inject-pack-prose.mjs's registry-import fix, mount-skills' dual local-root
scan). No vendored files are pruned this cycle. Stamp advanced to
{ updated: 2026-07-23T00:33:16.000Z, ref: 80783ebbc1b9d37f85d544864c9c55343c5dddea }.

Continuation of the previous commit on this branch (MCP push_files has no
practical single-call size ceiling high enough for the full ~280KB changeset
at once, so the converge landed as two content commits instead of one - both
land before the stamp advances here, so no note-gated state ever exists
without its ops). Completes the vendor-set convergence (remaining
engine/hooks, engine/pack_loader, engine/scheduler/**, and the packs/basics,
packs/grow_with_claudinite, packs/tidy-repo task/skill files) and advances the
.claudinite-checks.json stamp to
{ updated: 2026-07-23T00:33:16.000Z, ref: 80783ebbc1b9d37f85d544864c9c55343c5dddea }.
No pending migration notes applied (none dated on/after the prior stamp,
2026-07-21). No vendored files pruned this cycle.

Continuation: vendors the new engine/scheduler/** (per-project-scheduling Phase 0, #396) - the hourly scheduler engine's discovery, dispatch, model-map, run entrypoint, GitHub signal collectors, due-slot math, the vendored workflow stub, the task declaration contract, and executor-side dispatch/outcome validation. Not yet declared/wired for this repo (no `schedule` key, no scheduler workflow) - vendoring it is inert until this repo cuts over to per-project scheduling. Completes the transactional refresh: the remaining packs/basics,
packs/grow_with_claudinite, and packs/tidy-repo vendored files (the
scheduled-tasks conformance checks + basics.pack.mjs wiring them in, the
baselining worker's local/<name> declaration-token rewording, the growth
pack's conversation-extract/growth-dedup/growth-extract task conversions,
and the repo-tidy task conversion), and advances the .claudinite-checks.json
stamp to

No pending migration notes applied this cycle (none dated on/after the prior
stamp, 2026-07-21T22:51:42.430Z). No vendored files are pruned. Declaration
normalization is a no-op (this repo declares only canon packs, no local
packs). Hook wiring (.claude/settings.json, CLAUDE.md, .gitignore) was
already at the current fresh-path shape - nothing to converge there.

Completes the transactional refresh: the remaining packs/grow_with_claudinite vendored files (capture-log.mjs's maxBuffer fix, conversation-extract.md, the adopt-claudinite skill's checks.mjs/interview.mjs/SKILL.md, the generate-project-instructions and unattended-agents SKILL.md updates, and the conversation-extract/growth-dedup/growth-extract task conversions) and packs/tidy-repo's repo-tidy task conversion.
