M602 Screensaver 1.1

Adds a macOS version.

• macOS 11 or newer (Apple Silicon and Intel): M602Saver-macOS.zip contains M602Saver.saver, with the same simulation, timing, rendering and settings as on Windows.
• Windows: M602Saver.scr, unchanged apart from the version number.

Install on macOS: unzip and double-click M602Saver.saver. The bundle isn't notarized, so macOS blocks it at first: allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security, or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine M602Saver.saver.

Install on Windows: right-click M602Saver.scr and choose Install.

The macOS build has been tested on GitHub's macOS runners only, not on a physical Mac yet.

M602 Screensaver 1.0

The screen saver of Software602 Manažer M602 v2.00 (DOS, 1991–92) as a native Windows screen saver, made from the matching decompilation of the original M602.

• Original movement, random number generator, update order and screen writes, verified frame by frame against the reconstructed source compiled with Turbo Pascal 6.01
• Original timing: one step every 2 BIOS ticks (~9.1 per second)
• VGA text mode as on a 4:3 CRT: 9×16 cells, M602's own KeybCS font, original palette
• Widescreen monitors get more text columns instead of stretched characters; one saver per monitor
• Settings: speed, text color, scanlines, widescreen / 80×25

Install: download M602Saver.scr, right-click it and choose Install.
