Pre-release test build for issue #26 (SCPH-1200 analog detection).

What this tests (PSX_1200_TEST build only):

• Explicit PSX analog-mode enable during controller config init.
• Up to 2 analog re-init attempts if controller still reports Digital protocol right after connect.
• Slightly slower default PSX polling interval (500 us) to test poll-rate sensitivity.

New dedicated test firmware target:

• MPGPSX1200Test.hex
  Flags: -DENABLE_REFLEX_PSX -DENABLE_PSX_GENERAL_OLED -DPSX_1200_TEST
