What this tests (MPGPSX1200Test build):

• Adds a 2 ms delay before PSX controller init/read handling.
• Keeps the existing PSX_1200_TEST analog init retries and PSX-only timing changes.
• Ships as the dedicated standalone firmware target MPGPSX1200Test.hex.
